How do I edit my personal information?

Important things to remember during group creation:

• Go to Profile Page
• Select More (...) on top right to go to UAccount
• From the list, choose Edit User Profile
• Update your Information, including:
  • Your Introduction: User Name, Date of birth, Gender, Email, Phone Number, Shipping address.
  • Account link: Insta, Facebook, Youtube, Website

How do I verify my account to get the blue tick?

• Go to Profile Page
• Select More (...) on top right to go to UAccount
• From the list, choose Edit User Profile
• Scroll down to see the Prider Verify Account setting
• Update your ID card and Phone OTP.
• Wait for us to approve your Blue Tick.

How do I disable notifications?

• Go to Profile Page
• Select More (...) on top right to go to UAccount
• From the list, choose Notification Setting
• Disable which type of notification you don't want to see. You still get the counting notification from our Platform.

What is the difference between Username & Name?

• UserName: is the name you use on our platform and can be changed at Edit Profile setting. We can ensure that no two users will have the same name within the system.
• Name: is the name we obtain from third-party login systems like Facebook, Google, and Apple. This name may be duplicated if another user on Prider has the same name, it can not be changed

How do I deactivate or reactivate my account?

• Go to UProfile, choose Edit Profile
• Scroll into the end, turn deactivate option on
• Read deactivate account policy
• Scroll into the end, turn deactivate option on
• Confirm
• It will take 60 days for account deactivation. You might turn it off by logging into UPride again.
• If you forgot to turn it off, within 60 days, we will help to remind you to turn it off.

Why UPride needs your shipping address?

• We collect your shipping address for the Project Owner to send a reward to you, as you have empowered their Project to go life.
• You will be asked to confirm your shipping address on the Check Out Page.
